Great affinity to the respiratory system and the skin, Tea Tree Essential Oil is excellent for wound healing and supportive to infections. It’s main use is to counter bacterial fungal (candida and thrush) and viral infections. A powerful cleansing agent, it dries up dampness, cuts through oil and grease, and is used for airborne purification. The scent is similar to eucalyptus, but softer.
Research has shown that due to its unique molecular composition the oil has demonstrated these activities in the laboratory: Anti-inflammatory, wound healing, anti-anxiety, anti-microbial, antifungal, expectorant, decongestant, thins mucus, antiviral, antiseptic, and astringent.
